Our long experience as Italian bar chamfering machines manufacturers dates back to 1976 when we built and tested our first prototype. This machine was unloaded on a combined Schumag drawing line and it soon became a pioneering plant that found a vast diffusion in later years.
From that moment on, we have introduced three different series of bar and tube chamfering machines to perform extremely high-quality end finishing processes:
B – Machines with single or double chamfering head: suitable for the chamfering, facing and finishing of one or both ends of bars. The process is done by plunging with a special tool.
SB – Machines with single or double cutting and chamfering head: suitable for the cutting, chamfering and finishing of one or both ends of bars and tubes. The cutting process is carried out by means of a disc saw while the beveling is carried out by plunging with a special tool.
CNC – Machines with single milling and chamfering head: suitable for the head milling and the subsequent chamfering of the bar. The process is carried out by means of a multi-cutting-edge milling cutter.
